a) About the Data Controller
Under the provisions of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), your personal data will be processed by Aqua Maker. Within the scope of this Law, Aqua Maker acts as the Data Controller.
b) Purposes of Processing Your Personal Data
Your personal data is processed in compliance with the conditions for processing personal data outlined in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law.
The purposes of processing your personal data include, but are not limited to, ensuring the legal and commercial security of Aqua Maker and its business partners, maintaining Aqua Maker’s commercial activities, managing services offered through websites, web applications, and mobile applications, conducting planning, statistical analysis, customer satisfaction studies, and managing Aqua Maker’s human resources and employment operations. Your personal data may be collected through automatic or non-automatic methods in accordance with relevant legislation.
Necessary measures are taken to prevent unlawful processing or unauthorized access to your personal data and to ensure its secure storage.
c) Sharing Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be shared with Aqua Maker’s business partners, legally authorized public institutions, suppliers, and external service providers in accordance with the conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law.
The purposes of sharing your personal data include, but are not limited to, ensuring the legal and commercial security of Aqua Maker and its business partners, maintaining Aqua Maker’s commercial activities, and managing Aqua Maker’s human resources processes and employment policies.
d) Methods and Legal Grounds for Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data is collected through various verbal, written, or electronic means to ensure the delivery of services, commercial activities, and fulfillment of contractual and legal obligations. Personal data collected for these legal reasons may also be processed and transferred in line with the conditions specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law for the purposes outlined in Sections (2) and (3) of this policy.
e) Your Rights Under the Law
In accordance with the Law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- To request information if your personal data has been processed,
- To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is being used appropriately,
- To know the third parties, within the country or abroad, to whom personal data has been transferred,
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data,
- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data under the conditions stated in Article 7 of the Law,
- To request that the actions carried out under Articles 5 and 6 be notified to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you due to the analysis of data processed solely through automated systems,
- To request compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of personal data.
To exercise these rights, you may submit a written application to Aqua Maker by sending it to the address provided in the application form below. If new application methods are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board, Aqua Maker will announce them. Applications will be finalized as soon as possible and within a maximum of thirty days.

To exercise the aforementioned rights, you may submit the required identification details, a description of the right you wish to exercise, and the details of your request using the Application Form. The form should be sent via registered mail to the address specified in the Application Form.
