Differences Between PVC Plastic Aqua Maker Evaporative Cooling Frame and Galvanized Housing
Evaporative cooling pads (celdek) systems operate with the pad housing in continuous contact with water. Housings made of galvanized sheet metal corrode over time due to the abrasive effect of water and become perforated and unusable within 5–10 years. This reduces pad efficiency, causes water leakage, and increases maintenance costs. The Aqua Maker PVC plastic cooling pad system, on the other hand, is manufactured from UV-resistant, high-strength PVC material, making it fully resistant to the effects of water, humidity, acidic environments, and sunlight.

How Does the Aqua Maker PVC Plastic Evaporative Cooling Pad Frame System Work?
The Aqua Maker PVC plastic self-contained evaporative cooling pad (celdek) system is installed on one side of the building. While industrial exhaust fans placed on the opposite side extract the indoor air, the fresh outdoor air passes through the wet cellulose evaporative cooling pads inside the plastic housing and enters the interior. During this passage, the air is cooled and filtered. This is called the “Pad-Fan system” and is one of the most efficient evaporative pad (celdek) cooling methods in industrial facilities.
